...I haven’t done this. I have yet to find a central gumball machine in the Brisbane city, but I will keep looking. However, and this isn’t the goal but it’s close and so insanely awesome I had to share…
I gave someone a gumball machine! It was for my friends birthday. I found it in an antique shop. It is vintage, fire engine red. It’s fairly big – not those huge stand up ones but it’s probably…40/50 cm tall. It has the whole glass jar part and the old school coin thing. I even found gumballs to go in it! I just had to tell people about it.

I made one for school! In Biology we were given a project where we had to make something to teach others about one aspect of DNA. I was in a group with 2 other people, and we did DNA replication. We made a short movie, which is absolutely HILARIOUS! I’m proud to say that I helped a lot with the filming, and I edited it completely by myself! It’s pretty good, for a first go! I don’t know what mark we got yet, but I think we did well.

The main comment I have on this is for Macs. I have a Macbook with iMovie (the program I used) on it. It is simply genius! It’s great to use, I figured out how to do it all by myself. It is SO much easier to use than any other computers, I really recommend them for film editing.

Brainwave! There are a lot of people using this website…. so surely someone would like to have a internet penpal? I don’t know if anyone else wants to do this, but if you do we can both acheive a thing together!
I guess I’ll tell you a bit about myself so you know if you would be interested?

I live in Brisbane, Australia and I am 15 and in high school. Oh and I’m a girl, did I mention that? :P
Some random things: I love toy train sets, thunderstorms, movies- in particular The Devil Wears Prada, V for Vendetta, The Lion King, Napoleon Dynamite, Xmen.. and many more.
I love dressing up. I’m not actually that into chocolate. I love acting and want to do it when I am older. I am a terrible singer. I never wear the colour brown. I want converses in every colour. Right now I am listening to a song by Billy Joel called Movin’ Out. I like reading books and the beach and hammocks and jumping castles and international food. I don’t like steak that much. My dream car would be a red Mustang convertible. My favourite number used to be 7, but a lot of people have that number and I HATE conforming or being ‘typical’ so I changed. I like sports, although I’m not super good at them. Snakes scare me, among other things.

Phew that’s just off the top of my head for now. So if anyone would like to do this, please comment! And I would LOVE to have more than one penpal, so the more the better!
