How I did it: I had to practice a lot. Isolate sections and work on the extremely slowly, with the metronome, then gradually putting things together and speeding them up. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I figured to get back into exercising properly and consistently I would make a plan and complete it. It involved doing resistance training every day, based on a three day spit. The resistance is followed daily by a Tabata, which is then followed by a run (or swim if possible). I did it a while ago, but I stopped using this site. Now I’m back :D
Anyways, it’s my favorite piece that I’ve ever played. I have it memorized and I played it for a jury. I still want to work on making it better, so maybe I’ll make the goal sometime to make it SUPER AMAZING.
I still don’t have the six pack. I definitely feel it pretty solid, and I even feel the separate “squares” underneath the fat that’s still there. I just have to keep working to get it showing. Lots of cardio.
