love my body
Untitled

Funnily enough, I had to gain a little bit of weight to realize that my body was mine and that I loved it. It might seem paradoxical but it really isn’t. Uncanny, yes, its very uncanny. Being underweight, or over weight or even ideal weight are just notions, targets set by the populous unknowingly, just like other notions are standardized unknowingly through repetition and practice resulting in cultural norms.
The key is to realize that your body is yours and not that of the populous, or the culture that standardizes notions. Do what makes you happy. And do what makes you healthy.
