Two improvements.

I’m sleeping better, so I have less zonked time during the day. I’ve also started getting some exercise each day, which helps me sleep better.

I find I’m better at staying focused on the job when Karl is here, but perhaps that’s just because I feel like when I’m telling him what to do then I am in fact doing something useful, which may or may not be the case :-)

I find that if I’m focused on getting something done then I’m good, but if I’m not then it’s exceptionally easy to find stuff on the net that just occupies my brain without really driving me forwards towards my (rather important) goals. There’s a product called blocksite that helps, but sometimes what I need is the ability to say “dude, you need to be working, even tho it’s the weekend” or I won’t turn it on. So, ok, I’ve turned it on. Back to work.
