Stopped eating junk, started running. Sounds easy but something shifted in my thinking in April that allowed me to do this. I realised that it was ok for me to try.

Stage 2 Qualification 2 months ago

I’m qualified. If I wanted to take this further I’d need to change jobs so that I was working using BSL daily. Think this is as far as I want to take it at the moment :)
