it is such an honor and surprise to know that some one has actually read my invites and made the effort to drive out. i cannot tell you how surprised my son was when he was handed the printed out invite from the website. i am also thrilled and thank you very much. we hope you will come back some time.

i am so proud to say that i did not give up. i signed contracts and had money down on 4 houses, and each deal fell. i finally found the perfect place on almost 4 acres, and got it. i still don’t know how i could get a loan when almost every bank in america is broke, but i did. it is great to have a place of my own again.

i am too old to live with my mom, lol. but it is alot of fun to spend time with her, and i can save money at the same time. i have signed contracts on 3 separate homes, and with each one, a minimum of 800.00 of inspections and appraisals. i was to close in one day on the last one, when the appraisal of the property fell 30,000.0 short. well, i guess i will find a house when i find one. it will happen when it is supposed to.
