Weight...Hmmm

Lets see where to begin. I’m Fat, Obese, not exaclty Thin. Not just under tall but Overweight. I weigh alot. I’m short and fat, and yes that’s spelled right FAT, not PHAT!. I will try to work harder at eating right. My problem is I normally only eat one meal a day, and it’s not normally just healthy foods. Im not a junk food eater. I don’t snack all day. i jsut eat about 1 meal a day. I am very busy person and work alot. Then when I get home, it’s getting dinner cooked and the kids homework done then the kids to bed ( or ready for )so I can go to skate practice. I work out three days a week and still and completly complexed about my weight. What to do ? I have no Idea. I’m so confused.
