I used to do yoga classes, but have stopped months back. Recently my posture have been deteriorating and my back’s starting to ache. While I should be in the pink of my health, I definitely don’t feel so, hence I’m bringing back yoga into my life!

I have been reminding myself to start my day with a jog, but each time the alarm goes off, I snooze it and get back to sleep. Lately I have been feeling pretty zapped out of life. I think morning jogs would definitely boost my days and put a spring back into my step.
