I am able to cutdown my long calls
and am happy abt my present status
but i cant become like my ex bf who is miser and
always give miscall to others. he never call

How I did it: i decided that whenever I am free, I will make myself busy in arranging the wardrobes, cleaning and dusting of house or just by watching TV.. after being busy I didnt get much time to call others Read how I did it…
i tried it last week..i went with my brother in the morning..he helped me to ride the cycle…after few minutes I was riding it without his support
next day i weng again with him… I was able to ride I feel i still need more practise to keep the handle straight.
but i feel that within few days I will be a perfect cycle rider
i am doing better than it.. bcoz at this time i got job where i cant get food in canteen.. i know its not me but the circumstances which are responsible to change my habbit but i am happy
now i prepare food by myself in the morning and it saves a lot of money`
