I'm doing 4 things
Amulet, the children’s/YA division of Harry Abrams, bought my humorous young adult book, Libby Fawcett’s Secret Blog, as well as a yet to be decided second book at the beginning of December and I got my contract this week. Libby will be released Spring 2008. 2007 will be spent working with my editor to get the book ready for publication, squeeing over my cover when it’s done, and other things that I can’t wait to do. I’m so excited and looking forward to what I hope will be the beginning of my writing career.

The husband and I took our first flights May 11, 2005. We flew from our hometown to Atlanta, Georgia, then from there to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to stay with my parents for a few days. Then we did the reverse five days later. It was fun and I’m so dorky I got really excited when I had my first taste of airplane peanuts. They taste like peanuts. Imagine that.
