i can honestly say that when i keep a 7 0clock alarm, i snooze my way till 9. snooze is the enemy . so i have decided to get up at the first ring of the alarm and start walking from one room to another to fully evaporate any thoughts of snoozing. lets see. i recently lost weight using a technique of convincing myself to excercise for atleast 5 mins everyday. and taking so much effort and only excercise for 5 minutes made me excercise more…so i guess this is another decision i m making
A cheerful enemy is better than a negative friend. these are people who constantly choose to linger on what they dont have or are not getting.with a malancholic look on their face they act like they are victims who need help. at first due to sheer good nature you can help a friend who is low. but someone who feels comfort in sorrow shoud be best avoided…
its like self defence.. unless u want to end up like one of them
