I just get this feeling that I may actually have achieved this goal . I have been feeling quite nice for some time. may its baraka (my laptop!). maybe not. but the cravings have all gone.
I have given up on sad music (even if it is good :( )
that seems to have really helped.
its so good to have control (mostly) over your moods. so good.
