At least I used to exercise regularly 4 years ago

WHAT HAPPENED! It’s like, I talk about it more then I do it. I want to exercise more but something always seems to stop me. I think it’s that silly trap of PROCRASTINATION! Or it could be me just making excuses and being plain lazy. I do walk to work almost every day but I don’t really count that cause it’s not my style of real exercise, it’s more of a justification or excuse not to do the real thing. OPPS okay okay, I’ve said too much. I just wanna do it to feel good, I just wanna be healthy both physically and mentally. So just like anything else in life. I need to just act now, and just simply do it.



hike the Grouse Grind

Gotta love the grind. It’s so amazing and totally worth it. It’s like I feel in life. I kept thinking how bad I wanted it (to get to the top) I was very hard on myself and pushed myself way too hard at first. Then I finally realized I was not enjoying it and I needed to slow down and pace myself so I could have some fun. (I knew I would get there) And when I realized how my mind tricks me on a regular basis in my life I realized all I have to do is tell my mind/lies to shut up. In the end I made it to the top in less then 60 minutes my first time. It was great feeling to feel confidence, plus the guy I went with is Amazingly sweet and he was waiting for me at the top. So nice to be in Love, with God, myself and my friends at the top. BEFORE AND AFTER GOTTA LOVE THE GROUSE GRIND X)X)
