So I’m working full time with a local theater company. Being one of the highest paid actresses in a small town is sort of like being the best physician in kindergarten, but I’m doing what I love and it’s paying the bills.
I am absolutely not complaining.

It feels like a mistake but after you notice the growth it inspired…
I quit a play that I was in love with but didn’t have time to do with my bills and my class load. It was incredibly hard and I lost some friends, but I have a firmer grasp on who I am and what I’m capable without having had to learn it the hard way.
Today I walked away from the expectations of a “friend” that I desperately wanted to fulfill even though I knew it would harm me. The fact that I can take care of myself is really nurturing.

pop-corn ceilings are hard, but the girly purple is so much better than that mustard yellow!

As long as you control the grass and not the other way around.
It’s a great way to step out and get a new point of view.

It’s a start, but I still have 99 more invites. ;)

So overdone now. But it is pretty.
However, if you do it, don’t go surfing the next day. Just because you clean it with salt water, does not mean the ocean will not put you into a world of pain.

Do it right and it’s one of the best feelings in the world.
You’ll find yourself climbing the rocks in your fireplace mantle, sides of movie theaters, and every chain link fence in a ten mile radius.
It’s expensive, but good gear is essential.

The Lord of the Rings extended edition marathon was great, and I was raised on Star Wars. I’ve had several original trilogy marathons, but after all of the line waiting, novel reading, CCG playing, RPing, and now-cold hype, I need one more Star Wars endeavor.

just beware, it’s more addictive than herion! and soon you’re thinking crazy things like, Hollywood is a great place to live! and Who cares if I live in my car and eat top ramen. But the company is always good. ;)

It helps to challenge ten year olds with only one leg. ;)
Don’t take the dancing part too seriously, it’s all about doing fun things that no one’s ever seen before. If you can make the crowd laugh (with you) it won’t matter that you can’t spin on your head for 45 seconds.

So there I was, in line for Revenge of the Sith, when a certain young man with a plastioc lightsaber, fohawk, cigarette, and a “Don’t mess with Kanas either” t-shirt struck my fancy.
“Are you single?” I asked.
“Yes.”
“Are you straight?”
“Yes.”
“Wanna make out?”
And the rest is history. I found out his name was Bert a few hours later when I gave him a dollar bill with my number on it and told him that he could use it towards tip if he wanted to take me out to dinner sometime.
He was intimidated by my forward approach, but it made the Star Wars line memorable. And it was only a buck, good thing I didn’t use the fiver. ;)
DO IT! But don’t expect it to lead into a relationship.

It’s a great ace in the hole, it made my limp grades from high school seem moot and helped me into the college I wanted to go to.

Mornings are amazing, and I feel better. It’s much sexier to be the one drinking water than the one having deperately needing to.
