My Boyfriend and I got away for a whole week at the end of the summer but were visting people so we didnt’ get a whole lot of alone time until we went to Burlington, VT to stay in this cute Bed and Breakfast there called the Willard Street Inn that had the best breakfast ever, adorable staff, and was only minutes walk from Church Street. BEAUTIFUL and perfect!

Okay! So I was going to Otakon 2006, but then I decided to go to California instead! 2 years ago

I know, lame right, but it was the best idea EVER. The people who we were sharing the hotel room with bailed on us and since we went last year we decided we should spend all that money on the crazy big hotel room on plane tickets to California to see two very awesome, kick ass friends. Instead of being around the nerds I love so dear, I was kicking it all laiiiiiiiiiiiiid back like Snoop Dog.

Good times.

Seared Chicken with Mango Salsa ! 3 years ago

I made this dinner for Russ and I. Took awhile to make the salsa but the next day I used the salsa on my salad the next day with a little honey mustard dressing. Excellent.
