What I’m really looking to do, eventually, is to get some good real estate under my belt. The first I buy will depend on where we end up moving to this September/October. If it’s the bay, we will probably buy a condo. If we go just about anywhere else, I’m hoping to buy either a single-family home or a duplex since my sister-in-law will be moving with us, most likely, and I would like to have her living close so we can help her and our nephew as much as possible.
Beyond that reason, I would love a duplex or even a triplex because I’m looking for my first few properties to be more investment pieces instead of to be our permanent home.
We should be moving around every couple years, so I’m definitely wanting to buy a home, live in it while we are there, and then either renovate it or rent it, depending on the market and our financial state as well as the area.

So hopefully I will have this goal accomplished within the next year.

Obviously right now? No. But once I get further in the weight loss journey thingy. But someday I want to take a dance class. I don’t know what kind of dance or anything like that. I’m not opposed to any style, really… I just want to try it out since I’ve never done it before.

i said worth it because the one i witnessed was that of a bitter enemy of my best friend, and she just rear-ended someone, no one hurt, AND we caused the wreck. we were laughing so much.

its heartless and in any other situation i would never say its “worth it” because its an awful thing. ive had friends die from car crashes… so im definitely not into them. i just liked the one i actually witnessed.

oh, and the other one i saw, this guy was at a red light and kept creeping up on the car in front of him. (i hate that) and he looked back or something and accidentally took his foot off the break or something… and bumped into the car in front of him. he freaked and threw it into reverse and almost hit the car behind him. im convinced he would have if the car hadnt honked. it was again, humorous.
