Well I’ve recently decided to make a major career change. I currently work in the bar/nightclub industry as a bartender/dj and have decided to dedicate myself to something more worthwhile, making a difference and will benefit me career wise. However, this change is requiring me to loose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. I cannot tell you all what this new venture is, because I cannot be caught doing what I’m doing to loose the weight. I will not be accepted. I am ok with my body image as is..mostly because I love my womanly curves and I believe I have a gorgeous face. However, that wont get me to where I need to be. I’ve been excersizing like crazy, mostly cardio and light lifting, diarhetics of all kinds, and what little I do eat is just veggies, and only once a day. I haven’t yet thrown up, however food is starting to make me nauseated more every day. I think it’s because I’ve been drinking 40mg. of pure protein a day. So to eat makes me sick. However after 2 weeks of doing this, the weight is barely coming off. I’m just sustaining it because I’m building muscle by working out. Hopefully it’ll show on the scale soon. I dont have much time. ~Frustrated!!!
