Living in a Fly-In Community like www.jumbolair.com, would be awesome. I could fly to anywhere I wanted, and then fly straight home – no long baggage queues, or taxis. The range that I could travel on any given day would be huge.

Physio, Vitamins & Exercise
My back is fixed now, and these were the things I changed. It has totally changed my life to be pain-free.
I found a great physiotherapist – one that writes books on the subject & is considered an expert in his field. One that was recommended to me by several different people, independantly.
I visited that physiotherapist once a week for 6 weeks & did all the exercises he gave me. Every day.
I found a good multi-vitamin – something in Pluravit multivitamins eliminates the pain I used to have in my back in the mornings. Cenovis does not work like this.
I started going for 2 * 15 minute walks every day – extra walking on top of what I’d usually do.
