I'm doing 22 things
So the truth is I hadn’t really thought about going to a nude beach before, but since a group of friends (including my brother and his girlfriend) were going and invited me to join in, I thought what the hell. I’m really glad I went, and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It only took a few minutes to feel totally comfortable and almost forget that clothing was the norm in public. It was really nice to be around people who were extremely comfortable with their bodies, and clearly didn’t buy into the bullshit of needing to look a certain way in order to feel attractive. Everyone embraced their own individuality and uniqueness, and it made for a beautiful site.
I never thought I could be that comfortable in public without any clothes on. But hey, you learn something new about yourself all the time =).
