So I started knitting. And I want to handmake my SO a xmas gift – 2 stuffed pillows (one in a shape of a vanille cream donut and one as a vanilla cupcake – 2 things he loves above all else). Wish me luck!

So I’ve done it – chicken salad for lunch! Granted, it was mostly lettus, but some tomatoes, green peppers, and tomatoes snuck in.
I’ve decided to increase my veggie intake – so that means more salads and veggies on sandwiches. Hmmm … definitely need more to eat more spinach and broccolli. I guess is a good a day as any to start eating veggies – salad bar, here I come!
