How I did it: Oh, I guess I don't have to tell you how to get to a concert, do I? ;-) It's pretty easy, you look up the show, you buy ticket, you wait impatiently and then go! And then, WOW! Read how I did it…
How I did it: The first thing was to set up the goal within 43T and activate "personal challenge". Usually, things like personal challenges, announcing something in public etc etc. do not increase my level of motivation anyhow. Only motivation that comes from the deepest within works for me. However! Looking at the goal itself and at decreasing number of days to get the goal completed made me somehow proud (and motivated!!). I couldn't miss my stretche… Read how I did it…
How I did it: The first thing was to get through all my things and classify them like: to be used and not to be used. Then, I had to figure out what to do with the old things. I didn't like the idea of simply throwing things away. Most of them could have been re-used. And the last step was just to give or sell them out. Read how I did it…

Yesterday, I made vegetable-filled pancakes (okay, bf’s sister made the pancakes but I made the vegetable filling). Today, I had yellow pea soup (so yummy, and nutricious!), and a salad in the evening (with a lot of green salad). Feeling great!
Regarding treats, I am not falling behind :) Poppy-seed cake, chocolates, and beer and wine. Not too much though :)
