whenever i meditate! i always feel energetic! free from stress and i have this happy mood. i wont escape meditation. its part of my daily routine. it helps me to keep going

im on the process of learning myself to be happy no matter what the situation is! some people find it hard to be happy, to feel good everyday… i make a list of all the things that makes me happy and the things that gets me down. everytime i encountered a not so good day, i turned in my all good things list and my bad day remove completely. i try to avoid things that gets my vibe down.
