“the greatest mistakes we make are the risks we didnt take. if you think something will make you happy, go for it. so that you wont live your life asking “what if” and telling yourself “if only’
im on the process of learning myself to be happy no matter what the situation is! some people find it hard to be happy, to feel good everyday… i make a list of all the things that makes me happy and the things that gets me down. everytime i encountered a not so good day, i turned in my all good things list and my bad day remove completely. i try to avoid things that gets my vibe down.
