it's happening! 9 months ago

last night I successfully put myself to bed by nine and got up at 4:10 a.m. A good tip to rising early is to actually rise out of your bed AS SOON as you are aware. If you dawdle, your awareness turns to how good it feels to be in bed. Then it’s painful. Much easier to relocate your body out of your bed. Big step but then it’s over and you are golden.



Learn french, italian and spanish (read all 2 entries…)
maybe i AM making a little progress 9 months ago

I am speaking it a little bit with the woman who cleans my place. She’s studying English and I’m trying out spanish. More and more words come to me each time. The progress is teensy, but something. I cheer myself!



read a bunch of books this year (read all 2 entries…)
read last night 9 months ago

I read two chapters again last night. Yay! It feels good and I see how much i have missed being a “reader.” Takes some doing. Turning off the tV . Getting to bed EARLY so I can read AND get the sleep I want and need.

I’m making the goal to be done with this book by March 30.
