I saw a segment on the news about these people who quit smoking by reading a self-help book. I was really quite skeptical about it but I decided to borrow the book from the library instead of paying for it. WOW! This book really helped me a lot. I was a pack-a-day smoker but the author was like a 3or 4 packs-a-day smoker and was smoking for a long time. Anyway try the book out, it can’t hurt. The name of the book is: The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. It helps you to not think about the cravings. It was much easier to stop after reading this book because I had tried before.
