Hello all, just starting on the cleanse today!
I did my first cleanse back in July for 22 days and have never, ever felt better. In November, I attempted to cleanse again, but didn’t plan well and realized ten days would land me the day before Thanksgiving. Daunted by thoughts of obnoxious extended family members urging me to eat and the fact that Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, I decided to only do six days. Now, I am back to attack! I’m hoping to do at least twenty days this time through, but we’ll see how it goes.
Glad to have a few other people all roughly starting around the same time as me….

Back in the saddle! I did my first cleanse over the summer, made it 22 days and I have quite honestly never felt better.
So here I go again! Wish me luck; I’m struggling a bit more this time through…
I love, love, love to dance. As far back as I can remember, I have always been dancing. I’m even pretty good (three time national gold medalist, whaaaaaat?) But lately, it’s taken incredible effort to even get myself moving.
Sooooooooo, I enlisted help. My little sister is nine and lives upstairs from me, so we have started dancing three times a week before our respective days (school for her, work for me). It’s great for her (my folks have terrible nutrition habits) and amazing for me as well. We’ve been doing it steadily for about three weeks.
But yesterday, I broke my toe (not dancing)!! Just when I was starting to get back in the swing of things.
Dammmmmmnit!!!!!
