I highly recommend this book (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1586481150/104-0761471-3464748?v=glance&n=283155) by George Pyle! Even if I cannot live on a farm, I can be a part of a farm’s life and participate with a CSA (http://www.localharvest.org/csa/)

Being part of the process
It is wonderful to be a part of the creative process. Being an artist myself, I felt all whiney at first that I wasn’t drawing as well, but after awhile the racing thoughts slowed down and I relaxed into it and really enjoyed myself.
Honestly, more embarassing that being nude is being worried about blemishes and weird tan lines and that odd scar above my knee. You realize, though these folks are more worried about cranking out a good drawing than the mole that looks like Elvis on your left cheek.
