Well, snce I started my 5k journey…I am now jogging regulary! I did my 5k…so now I am going to work on 2 miles every other day, so I can get faster! Also going to start doing some weight training on my off days, so I can tone up the upper body!!

I did it!! Last weekend, I ran the Charm City Run here in Maryland. I did it in 43 minutes…which was on target with whatI had been running. It was more hilly than expected, so it was good I kept my same speed and time! I feel so accomplished! I do plan on continuing this journey with more 5k’s, and possibly a 10k!!



go on a road trip with no predetermined destination
used to do this alot 20 months ago

back in high school, my friends and I would just go driving on Saturday nights and see what all was out there. We even went far as 5 hours away, just for fun! But I would like to do a longer road trip up north like in the Dakotas area, and jsut drive around
