How I did it: I decided enough was enough. I have always bitten my nails as far back as I can remember. Out of boredom, frustration, or just that they were too long(even when they were way too short).Once I decided I was definitely going to stop, I pretty much did without much struggle. I still tooth my nails constantly, but I never bite them enough to break them. I don't know if I'll be able to stop toothing them, it's just kind of a natural thing sin… Read how I did it…

Mr. Governor,

You represent me. Of all the things carried out in the name of national security, the current implementation of the Transportation Worker Identification Card is the most absurdly-abusive of the term. It’s creators and supporters should be ashamed of themselves. Please don’t support this program and use everything in your power to repair/destroy it. I don’t think you need to look much further than the local TWIC “registration office” to begin seeing obvious flaws in the program.
