I fell way off track.
Way way wayyyy off track.
For the past 2 weeks I’ve been eating uncontrollably… and I thought I was invincible to weight gain…
My stomach was so close to being flat 2 weeks ago, and now it’s far from it.
I guess it’s a good thing I noticed that I’m not invincible to further weight gain, because now I’ll know to keep in moderation.
Instead of saying I’ll start again Tomorrow…
I’m starting anew right NOW.
I really want to enjoy this summer with shorts, tanktops, dresses, and bikinis.
I can make this happen for me, I just have to work for it.

Well I just started walking/jogging today.
My route took me about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete, not including stretching before and after.
I expect it to take less and less time as I become a better runner.

NEED to get back on track!
I haven’t been logging my cals lately, either because I know I did okay or because I know I went over and don’t want to see it.
I need to pick it back up though, because I need to know how much room I have for a treat now and then.
I will start with a clean slate tomorrow.. no more excuses!
