being a bit lazy with this goal. Keep putting off going to the gym because I get distracted and get busy doing something else.

Think I need to get into a routine and plan a time that will fit in better with the rest of my day.

Also, films out in the cinema that I really want to see are 7 pounds and She’s Just not that into you.

I’ve started by drinking lots of water and taking a look at my diet as well as exercising more.

Think the next step is to see a dermatologist and get some products but can’t do this till I’ve saved some money.
