December Bootcamp 2011: Dream big, Live now (read all 2 entries…)
I just want to say

that the biggest accomplishment I’ve made this December is to realize that my thoughts are many times my enemy. Ahhhh, omg…I have just snapped out of a little funk, I think. The reason I almost immediately have pulled out of an incredible lull, is because in just one second, I can STOP my thoughts. And what happens? I feel rested and my mind feels clear.

My poor head has been worn out and it is thanking me for recognizing that babysitting all of these thoughts is like having 99 restless children running around inside my brain. Sorry kids, someone else is going to have to take care of you now. ha!

There is so much more clarity in my head, that I feel I can accomplish a great deal today. OK, this didn’t exactly address my goal, but something more important happened than doing my exercises and these days, this discovery is a revolution for me. :)

Pourquoi Pas...Why not?

All it takes is a click and this goal is on my list.

My goal: steer clear of boring…we will all be dead soon enough, so I would really like to be at least slightly intriguing before I go.

Exercise: I have to keep it clear here. The checklist:

  • Sun Salutation for flexibility/mental clarity
  • Squat Salutation (weight training) – My own diddy that works my whole body in one fluid motion.
  • Aerobic Squat Salutation that adds the brutal burpee and push up to the motion sans the weights for a killer aerobic workout.
  • F-ing DANCE…to a song…it creates happiness in life.
  • Don’t be lazy. Really, too much laziness pisses me off. I tend to avoid laziness when I count out 100 tasks at a time. Since this method works for me, I want to ante up and do more 100 counts for productivity during the day.

It is a basic plan. Time to put it into action.
