Hello,
To all you people that think it is impossible. Look at my other posts. You can see how difficult it was for me too.
But now I’m on day 50 and counting. How I did it was - faith - I don’t believe that all religions council against this practice, and that it would be impossible to accomplish. I also know the ill affects it has had on me, and I grew honestly just sick and tired of it.
I think a key element in my stopping was also starting to get up early in the morning—5:30. And start my day with activity. I’m Jewish, so I go to Synagogue (it starts at around 6:00)
Advice I found here helped me too. It helped me to focus on the little moments when there is weakness, and to be honest with myself about it. Each person has to make their own calculation. Each person has to make a strong resolve, and not to fool around—to accept it as serious business.
It is possible. I don’t obsess all the time. I am able to live well and concentrate. My life is more positive. My energy is more positive. I can focus on finishing my degree, my social skills (so that I can marry eventually). And that’s it.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been going again for a week so far. I had some tough little challenges but I passed, and I want to share with you all that the trick is getting a hold of yourself and feeling good about it. Don’t feel like you missed something or your missing something. And again… Excersize excersize excersize.
It’s all about being a man. You’ll feel more like a man if you don’t degrade yourself by wasting your sperm and misusing your body.

you mentioned the gym
I’ve started to excersize in the morning. Simple excersizes. Stretches, pulling my legs (in order to stretch the back), push ups, half-sit ups. Just for a few min. At the evening I’ve been running for a few min. You have no idea when I get off that treadmill there is such a good feeling – a high.
Also I’ve finally been getting up more on time in the morning—you feel much more positive and creative when you do that.
Also, of course generally setting goals and friendship’s for oneself and correctly identifying the problems and the will and action to correct…
