Some sort of bug suddenly hit me over the weekend. Now I can’t get to excerisin’ til I’m better. I don’t get it – I was feeling great, and it was all so sudden. Grrr.
Green, icky, sputum.
Treating with as much sleep, fresh fruits and veggies, as well as vitamins and apple cider.

I’m now working for InterContinental Hotels Group as a bilingual reservations agent. So far, I’m lovin’ even more than my previous job at ExplorAsia, ‘coz this one’s a full-time job, and it’s just 10 minutes away from me house!

Been a while since I checked in. But now, I’ve really made great strides; I’m down to around 10%-12% body fat.
I started out in November of 2006 at 145 pounds, with a 34-inch waistline, and a slight beer belly. Now I’m at 120 pounds and 28 inches. (Been maintaining that 28 inch waistline for about 6 months now).
I got freakin’ abs, man!!! And I don’t even do crunches that much! Woo-hoo! And I’m stuffing myself with steak, chicken, eggs, and beef and pork. Protein is the way to go.
Now, just gotta find a gym that fits in to my graveyard shift schedule at work so I can bulk up.
