Yesterday I got into some mini cadbury eggs, but today is a fresh start. So far I’ve had some pancakes I made with skim milk and extra egg whites for protein. Thankfully, all the cadbury eggs are gone so I don’t have any big temptations in the house.

Using a full spectrum lamp

In my last house I had a skylight in my bedroom and it helped me wake up much easier. Now that I’m in my new place with its dark bedroom, I’m experimenting by using a full spectrum light bulb in a lamp hooked up to a wall socket timer. I’m hoping this helps reset my inner clock.

After years of trying, I finally lost 50 pounds this year, and now I have 30 more to go. I started at 210 pounds last march and should be able to finish at the beginning of June. That means losing 1.5 pounds every week.
