Hanna!

He’s coming to Denmark, but it’s sold out =(

I know this is very cliché, but I just can’t help it. My dog is a mixed breed: German Shepard, Labrador & Flat-coated Retriever, English Setter and Norwegian Puffin Dog. She likes to look at the other dog eating before she eats her own food. If you feed her something from your hand, she will tilt her head if it’s hard to reach, and take it slowly.

When she’s been in a cage at my work, she gets so excited when I take her out that she has to find something to carry in her mouth: Anything! Usually a bit of fabric or just dog hair. She gets so excited when she comes home to my boyfriend, that she runs around him and try to jump on him, which she knows isn’t allowed. So she sits with her ears clinged to her head and you can see how she’s trying to stay calm enough for him to pet her, until she can’t take it anymore, and jumps on him anyway.

She loves to run. She loves other Setters, but also other dogs that will run along with her. She cuddles. If I’m lying on my side, she comes over and spoons me. She likes to lie infront of the fireplace to the point where I have to drag her away cause it’s too hot and she’s panting like crazy.

She loves her doggie sister, a 10 month older Labrador Retriever, called Pippi. They play like real friends, except when there’s food around..

It’s very obvious what she’s thinking. She can stare at a bug for several minutes, just staring and staring and staring.

In the morning her ears have a strange shape, like a bob (the hair style), and she’s asking if she can come in bed with us.

She doesn’t like to have her claws trimmed. She loves to swim, but is afraid of going in the water if it’s more than 20 cm deep by the waterside.

She’s very ditzy and can trip in stairs and while doing a sharp turn. She’s cute like that, and I love her with all my heart.

Bought a three bedroom apartment, now we only need to paint, decorate, build the new IKEA kitchen and move in! =D

I just bought an apartment, and cause we don’t have children, one of the spare rooms will be a library. Now I only need to get the shelves up and the books in =)

But I just bought a MacBook, so I don’t need an iSight anymore =D

After putting it off for several reasons I finally managed to get an appointment early in January.. First I couldn’t go cause I had the flu. And now I can’t go cause I don’t weigh enough. Let’s see how this’ll work out..

The downpayment that is. 6000 NOK/€765/$1124. And so it goes on for 20 years..

It’s still a bit complicated, but I hope it’ll be all just pink skies, butterflies and soap bubbles soon ;)

I’ve bought a couple of books about this and about training dogs, but if anyone has any suggestions I’d be very happy =)

I’ve actually done this for a while now, but I thought I could x this off my list now that I’m an authorized veterinary nurse. I haven’t got a permanent job yet, but I’m working at the largest animal hospital in the country this summer.

I graduated last Thursday! Had a final exam in two parts: Practical and oral, and I passed, yay! =D So now I’m a veterinary nurse. Finally.

The dog I’ve always wanted. She’ll actually come and hug you =)

And cause my own blog has gotten very boring lately..

So I present to you: It’s a dog’s life

(Yes, she sits like an old guy.)

Her name is Aurora and I’ve loved her every 314 minutes she’s been with me =) I picked her up today after school.. She’s very loving, the only problem is that she isn’t used to the city life and doesn’t like humans. Or steps. Or walking on a leash.

I adore this man. He may be the closest guy to perfect that I’ve ever met.

It was so worth it. My poor iBook was packed with stuff and now he’s almost like new =)

Too bad I didn’t get any As this year either..

31. Open-minded and be able to see something from different angles.
32. Good guy (not all girls want a bad guy).
33. Be my travel buddy.
34. Makes me feel secure when I’m with him.
35. Trust me, and vice versa.

I have too little time on my hands to learn all these languages I wanna learn, but Latin isn’t my top priority right now, so I’m gonna let it go..
