Almost everyday. Everyday is putting a strain on me. I should rephrase : Whenever I feel like it or every other day. I just thought of an acquaintance of mine. A pretty pshychologist that lives in London. She keeps a journal for the past 15 years. She must be 35 yrs old now. Unbelievable. She said she wanted to remember the mood she was in each day of her life. How odd. How interesting.

If you have a big dream, then it probably requires that you average at least 2 hours of work on it every day.
Can I write 500 words in two hours? I sure can!
Stupid, stupid me.
I notice that if your goal is too demanding, you dismiss it altogether. Haven’t managed to rebound everyday, so I don’t rebound at all. Will keep it as a goal for a few days and see what happens. Perhaps, I could rebound first thing in the morning or just before I take my shower.
