How I did it: Made 3 new folders - 1. NOW, 2. To-do, and 3. Follow up, on the desk, AND 3 more folders - 1. meetings, 2. reading material and 3. INFO - in the closet. Put everything into one of the cattegories, and BINGO (mostly) clear desk. Read how I did it…
