stretch enough to touch my toes

I’ve never been able to do this, and have been told the muscles in the backs of my knees are too short. Is there a way to stretch enough so that I could become more flexible?
I’m really into dancing but cannot do high kicks and such because of this, and so I was wondering if there was a way to fix it. I think I’ll start yoga?
I’ll settle on Dumbledore but not Sirius. Dumbledore is most likely gone, though why Fawkes didn’t heal him or whatever is beyond me, but maybe there’ll be a Star Wars-ish cameo like with Obi-wan & co.?
