How I did it: I went to the music store with someone who knows more about guitars than I do. We looked at a bunch, played a few, and bought 1. I'm happy with it so far, the sound is really nice. Great beginner guitar. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, I needed to use c++ for a project I am working on - so using it every day and and fixing problems really helped me familiarize myself with the nuances of the language. I bought and read a few books as well. Effective C++ was probably one of the best books I read for little C++ tips. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to Staples and bought a cheap file holder (like the plastic bin kind because I am cheap), and a bunch of files. Then I worked my way through the mountain of papers. The office is now mostly dedicated to office-type things - no junk in there anymore. Read how I did it…

well, i did start. Its going to be a challenge to get back into the swing of PHP programming I think. I keep wanting to use C++ syntax :S. But I’ve got my user class started. I think I’m going to start with two basic classes (users and events) and go from there.
Starting something really shouldn’t be a goal because if you have just started, you really haven’t achieved anything. But for this particular goal, I’m finding that starting is an insurmountable task. I’ve got a huge mental block. So getting started will be a great hurdle to overcome.
