and i honestly don’t think i will have a problem keeping this going longer than a month. my body just feels really good, my skin feels better…other healthy habits are cropping up all by themselves. its nuts and totally out of character for me but hallelujah! haha. whats helped me a lot is reading about vegetarianism. there is a really good book called MAY ALL BE FED, DIET FOR A NEW WORLD by john robbins. its really good.

How I did it: I can never really count this off of my list, because making a difference is a lifelong goal. It is everyone's goal in their specific venue! But, in an attempt to revamp my list, I must check this as accomplished. i really feel great about it. i’m actually excited to eat every meal ! i feel good about myself when i eat and my stomach has gone from bloated-ish to flatter and light-feeling. so far, so good. ive also checked out the peta website and educated myself on some of the ways animals are treated…its freakin horrible, i just dont think i can ever go back!
super, super short term. i live blocks from the ocean. it’s amazing how even living so close to the beach i tend to avoid it on a daily basis. who the hell knows why? within the next few days i have GOT to swim in the ocean. yes…it’s cold as hell in the water right now. but it’s HOT outside and i can stand it! the next few days better find me in the ocean. :)
