I have learned something, that the easiest way to reduce stress in your life is to find a way to release it constructively, since i have become more energetic i have really reduced the stress in my life by running and exercise regularly.
I feel good and alot more happier inside

I have successfully accomplised another one of my goals, Practice makes perfect i just keep pushing myself to the limit a little at a time and now i have done it. I can now run 10 km….....And im still improving, i goes to show your only limit is your mind.

Well im exercising alot now and i have lost 42 pounds, didn’t think i had that much weight to loss in me. I weight the same as i did when i was 17 years old and it feels awesome, i think i am a more happy person more socialable alot more out going as well. Over all i think i am a different person now, it feels great.
