I’m in highschool. I’m not out of shape, but i’m not really in shape either. My girlfriend says “she likes me the way i am”, how can i just accept that? i want to be in shape. It’s hard for me to work out being only 17, so i can’t just go to a gym so i have to find time to work out on my own. any tips for upper body workouts without equipment? my legs are good from running, now just have the catch the rest of my body up.
