How I did it: OK, so the program is never really over, but I have officially begun. I started by contacting an instructor at my YMCA and then orienting on the equipment. After that, it was just a matter of showing up and working out! Read how I did it…
I have just been accepted to grad school in Cincinnati. I will begin working on MA degree on September 19 and I couldn’t be more excited. The worse part of the application process was waiting for a decision. Now its back to the books for the next year and a half or so.
OK, so I don’t know for sure that I’ve officially graduated, but all of my coursework is complete and I’m just waiting on notification. I will walk next Saturday at the University of Cincinnati commencement and then return in the fall for my MA degree.
This is my big goal for Taekwondo. I still have a long way to go. I am currently 8th gup (orange belt). I’m hoping to test for 7th gup (green belt) in July.
