...learn to stop making excuses & accept them for what they are!
I love going to look at these animals, although they look so big & the horns look scary they are such gentle creatures & even shy away when you talk to them (maybe we all would if complete strangers came to look & us!)
Went to Mum & Dads on days off this week for a break. Managed to get a new lease of life there. Never stopped was busy & got plenty of fresh air. Didn’t stay in bed as didn’t have the opportunity but loved my time. they live in the country which I suppose makes all the difference & they have a large garden which I always spend alot of time in. Only down side is I get nothing done at home.May be that’s why I went, another distraction technique
It’s a joy to behold as usually the moors are desolate places, wide expanses with not much happening. The memorable things are of negative images etc. The heather makes it into a wonderful place.
They are such comical creatures, they can’t help but make you laugh, they are sociable animals that teach us how we should be.
I love visiting here, we always stop at the cafe near the Life boat station & love seeing the holiday wooden huts. I love the sea & feel inspired, energised & full of life when I walk here.
Just even being with them, sharing special moments, creating memories & supporting each other in times of need.
I have family in Ireland & have spent many holidays there. There is something for everyone. Some places it’s like stepping back in time, others are very cosmopolitian it depends what you want as to were you should go. I recommend a bit of both
It means they are actually listening to what I have told them & giving me a taste of my own medicine e.g. I had my hair down for work (usually up) a learner pointed out that I ‘looked like I had been dragged out of a hedge backwards’ The week before we had been working on personal appearances & judging books by the covers etc.I’m lucky to be a part of someone who is making a difference to their world & journey towards independence
