How I did it
How I did it: I ws 15 kilos of overweight and I'm only 25 years old, and I felt terrible. My health was getting worse because of it and I went to the doctor's. It's the only way. Don't try silly and dangerous diets that won't work anytime.Put away all the food you can't eat while on diet and buy a day the food you need for your meal diet.
