both of my feet got beat up but my right foot is particularly troublesome. I’ve been wearing an ankle brace and have missed a couple workouts. The one time I did it I did punches instead of jumping jacks or butt kicks.
My suggestion to myself an others is to wear cross trainers and don’t do this barefoot.

I skipped a day for recovery, but was right back on it saturday and sunday evening.
It’s not so hard now and I don’t sweat so much. (I shape up pretty fast) This little work-out is a great energy booster!
But because it is getting too easy I’m going to really push myself on level one next time and if that isn’t enough start doing level 2.

so I dove in and did my first 20 min work out yesterday evening. It wasn’t terribly difficult but I felt myself working and I sweat too! After it was over I was all shaky. I took a hot shower to prevent soreness. Today I am noticably sore in my arms and chest.
Ready to do it again tonight!
