How I did it
It made me
fit! 
How I did it: When I quit karate four years ago, I had no other sports to do. I felt helpless, and out of shape. About a year ago, my best friend told me that she started running around her neighborhood to lose weight! I was instantly inspired. I now run 4 miles a day, 5 days a week! I run twenty whole miles a week! I'm so proud of myself. Read how I did it…

I’m sick today, home from school.
I’ve decided I’m going to crank up the tunes, get a trash bag for trash, my laundry basket for clothes stashed away in the mess, and a few boxes labeled, “Keep” and “Donate”.
