Here I am again in this forum. I’ve done my first cleanse in July, but yeah, due to stress, been stuffing on a lot of junk foods.
My body tells me that I need to cleanse and detox, so here I am fellow MCers. During the last MC, there was a lot of temptations and many times, I almost gave in. I think it’s gonna be the same for this time around, so let’s give encouragement to one another, I will need a lot of supports. I’m aiming for 20 days, but hehehe… for a small step, let’s try 10 first, when day 10 arrives, I will see.

I like to see all the cute bentos, and esp. after seeing people in this forums showing their bentos, I was like… not as hard as it seems.
My first attempt probably took about less than 30 mins. Well, though not that great, at least it’s healthy, and portion is “controlled” :).

Ok, it’s almost a year now and I can’t seem to lose any weights off. My weight has been fluctuating up and down, so on average I’m about 60kgs.
So this time, here’s the plan for the next two weeks:
Current W: 60 kgs
Short-Term GW: 57 kgs
Target W: 47-50 kgs
