How I did it: We walked 3 of the five peaks around Pen-y-Fan in south Wales - including Pen-y-Fan itself and Corn Du.The weather was perfect, 13c and slight wind. How I did it: Getting back into the gym is hard work after having nearly 3 months "off".. So I asked some of the guys at work if they wanted to work out at lunch time's - it helped that the gym is about 2 mins away from work!Part of the problem with getting back into the gym was that going after work was eating into "my time" far too much and wasnt allowing me to spend enough time at home with my girl friend.Lunch time's is the way forward for me… Read how I did it…
