How I did it
How I did it: Last year I decided I wanted to lose 8 kilograms. I was unhappy with my body, so I signed up for the gym, and had a pt trainer for 2 weeks. My friend got me onto slim right shakes, which I bought from coles, but those made me super hungry, so I decided to search for ways to still eat regularly, instead of fad diets. Heavy research led me to create my own diet high on nuts, fruit, vegetables, brown rice, poultry, lean meat and negative cal… Read how I did it…
